    ESPE made the pre-trial successful defense against patent trolls 2 times in 2021, and 2 times in 2022.

    In the past, as the in-house counsels members of our team dismissed all US patent lawsuits and US class action, in total amount of 9 lawsuit cases.

  • Patenting

    ESPE filed 30+ patent applications in 2021 and is targeting to file 100+ in 2022.

    In the past, as the in-house counsels our team has brought to the patent 100% of more than 1000 patent applications and received multiple awards including Clarivate TOP-100 Global Innovators 2018-2019 and 2020.
